Margarita

Ingredients Included:
3 Packs Margarita Syrup – 15m
3 Packs Lime Juice – 3ml
2 Bottles Orange Bitters – 2ml
Ingredients Needed
Tequila – 45ml (1.5oz)
Crushed Ice – A full cup or 6 ice cubes
Water 60-90ml (2oz – 3oz to taste)

Instructions:
1. Pour 45ml or 1.5oz of Tequila into a cocktail glass.
2. Add 1 pack (15ml) of Margarita Syrup and 1 pack (3ml) of Lime Juice to the glass.
3. Add 5 dashes of Orange Bitters
4. Top with 60ml/2oz to 90ml/3oz (to taste) of water.
5. Place crushed ice (or ice cubes) in the glass and stir 20 times clockwise and counterclockwise.
6. Using your cocktail pick, skewer your desired garnish and place it in or on top of your glass. For a Margarita, we suggest a lime wheel.
7. Place the glass on your linen coaster and enjoy!
The Old Fashioned

Ingredients Included:
1 Bottle Aromatic Bitters – 5ml
1 Bottle Orange Bitters -2ml
1 Bottle Grapefruit Bitters – 2ml
Cane Sugar – 6 cubes
Ingredients Needed:
Bourbon Whiskey – 60ml (2oz)
Ice Cubes – About 5 or 6 (or one large)
Water – small dash (1/2 teaspoon)

Instructions:
1. Place a sugar cube in a glass. Add 3-4 dashes of Aromatic Bitters, 3-4 dashes of Orange bitter, or Grapefruit Bitter, and add water.
2. Using the muddler end of the spoon, crush the sugar until mostly dissolved.
3. Place ice cubes (or one large cube) in the glass and stir 20 times clockwise and counterclockwise. Add the bourbon and stir 20 times each way.
4. Using your cocktail pick, skewer your desired garnish and place it on or top of your glass. For the Old Fashioned, the traditional garnish is orange peel zest.
5. Place the glass on your linen coaster and wait for 2 minutes for the flavours to be released. Stir once more and enjoy!
Champagne Cocktail

1 Bottle Aromatic Bitters – 5ml
1 Bottle Lemon Bitters -2ml
1 Bottle Lavender Bitters – 2ml
Cane Sugar – 6 cubes
Ingredients Needed
Champagne – 180ml/6oz
Sparkling Grape Juice (Mocktail) - 180ml/6oz

Instructions:
1. Place one sugar cube at the bottom of the champagne flute or wine glass. Add 3-4 dashes of Aromatic Bitters, 3-4 dashes of Black Lemon Bitters or Lavender Bitters to soak the sugar cube.
2. Slowly top the glass with champagne or sparkling wine.
3. Once bubbling has subsided, stir 5 times clockwise then counterclockwise. The sugar cube is left whole to slowly dissolve into the drink.
4. Using your cocktail pick, skewer your desired garnish and place in or on top of your glass. For The Champagne Cocktail, the traditional garnish is lemon peel zest.
5. Place glass on your linen coaster and enjoy!
Pro-Tip: Swap the Champagne for Sparkling Grape Juice for a tasty mocktail!
Moscow Mule

Additional 120-180ml/4-6oz of Soda water for Mocktail

2. Add 1 pack (15ml) of Ginger Syrup and 1 pack (3ml) of Lime Juice.
3. Choose either the Grapefruit Bitters or Lemon Bitters and add 5 dashes.
4. Top with 60ml/2oz to 90ml/3oz (to taste) of soda.
5. Place ice cubes (or one large cube) in the glass and stir 20 times clockwise and counterclockwise.
6. Using your cocktail pick, skewer your desired garnish and place in or on top of your glass. For a Moscow Mule, we suggest citrus peel.

3. Add 5 dashes of Orange Bitters.

5. Place crushed ice (or ice cubes) in the glass and stir 20 times clockwise and counterclockwise.

Ingredients Needed:
White Rum - 45ml/1.5oz
Crushed Ice - A full cup or 6 ice cubes
Soda (Sparkling) Water - 60-90ml (2-3oz or taste)

Instructions:
1. Pour 45ml or 1.oz of White Rum into a glass (tall highball glass if you have it).
2. Add 1 pack (15ml) of Mojito Syrup and 1 pack (3ml) of Lime Juice to the glass.
3. Add 5 dashes of Orange Bitters.
4. Top with 60-90ml/2-3oz or to taste of soda water.
5. Stir everything together with the muddler spoon.
6. Place crushed ice (or ice cubes) in the glass and give it another light stir.
7. Using your cocktail pick, skewer your desired garnish and place in or on top of your glass. For a Mojito we suggest a lime or mint.

Ingredients Included:
1 Bottle Vermouth Bitters - 5ml
2 Bottles Orange Bitters - 2ml
Cane Sugar - 6 cubes
Ingredients Needed:
Rye Whiskey - 75ml(2.5oz)
Ice Cubes - about 3 or 4

Instructions:
1. Place a sugar cube in a glass. If you prefer less sweet cocktails, use half the cube. Add 4-5 dashes of Vermouth Bitters and 3-4 dashes of Orange Bitters. Take the muddler spoon and add 6 spoons full of water into the glass.
2. User the muddler end of the spoon, crush the sugar until mostly dissolved.
3. Add 75ml or 2.oz of Rye Whiskey to the glass. Using the spoon, stir until sugar is dissolved.
4. Place ice cubes in the glass and stir 30 times clockwise and counterclockwise.
5. Using your spoon or any other utensil available, remove all of the ice from the glass.
6. Using your cocktail pick, skewer your desired garnish an place in or on top of your glass. For the Manhattan we suggest using a brandied cherry.
7. Place glass on your linen coaster and enjoy!
